BUILDING ACCESS:
Auction Committee needs access to the Academic Commons as follows: Friday, March 28th from 3-7pm. Saturday, March 29th from 9:00am until event is over. Sunday, March 30th from 1-3pm.
Caterer needs Kitchen Access to Webster on Saturday-- time TBD & communicated to Chef Pat. KCW will hear from Currie/Jenny. BATHROOM ACCESS:
Please make sure the outdoor bathrooms that are attached to the buildings are unlocked, cleaned, and stock for Saturday.
TABLES: Entertainment Committee & Auction Committee will give number of tables needed for set up near & in the tents next week.
BIG TV: where do I get this? Perhaps the one in Alumni House Dining? needs to be placed between the photo booth and stage under the tent for the auction.
ELECTRICAL: Auction Committee needs access/electrical availability under the tent for auction to run tv and microphone. One plug/power for the Photo Booth. The Photo Booth will be under the tent in the corner to the left of the stage
Band (Mr. Tupper) needs electrical access under the tent and on the stage from preferably two different sources on Saturday. Mr. John- I don't fully understand how you accomplish this, but Mr. Tupper said you would understand and can reach out to him if you have questions.
GARBAGE CANS: Please place several garbage cans with extra bags strategically around the perimeter of the event space/Quad/lot between Perkins and Penniman.
CUSTODIAL STAFF: Please ensure that custodial staff is available for event clean up on Saturday night.
BUG SPRAY: Please make sure that the entire Quad area/ area between Perkins and Penniman is sprayed for bugs/mosquitoes prior to the event. Ideally, we should have it sprayed on Friday and Saturday to be safe. Mr. John-- does the school call the city and request or do I need to ask for money for Mosquito Joe? Either way, we have to have this service.
